This is all kinds of awesome because the PS22 Chorus is amazing, inspiring and an example of everyday people touching the world and making a difference, and Yuna is a constant reminder that success does come to the talented and hardworking. Yes, I know luck also plays a part, but I like to think [...]
This is a new viral video that aims to raise awareness about Joseph Kony, a fugitive rebel leader in Africa with a long list of atrocities, including kidnapping children and forcing them to become child soldiers. It’s directed by Jason Russell, co-founder of the non-profit group Invisible Children. It’s also garnered plenty of [...]
The Trouble Tones are so awesome it made me miss Blaine being in The Warblers a little less. This is easily one of my favourite Glee performances of all time. And I love how Santana (Naya Rivera) is really getting to spread her wings.
One of my favourite tracks from The Kitchen Musical, which I’ve been trying to catch every week. Also, this was kind of our theme song for a while when my sister and I were living together in Melbourne.
Friends tell me that watching a show in non-HD (what’s the correct term for that?) doesn’t [...]

I’ll admit to being a little skeptical about the show at first, [...]
Even Kaylin has become a Belieber! I can’t decide whether it’s a good sign or a bad thing. The universe is trying to tell me something about this kid Justin.

The trailer for The Green Hornet brings back fond memories of when I interviewed Jay Chou last year. Yep, I’m a fan. Can’t say too much about his acting and I have no idea how he’ll fare in this, his first Hollywood movie, but he’s a damn good singer-songwriter in my book.
I wish [...]
This is Kaylin’s favourite toy at the moment, and our surefire way of keeping her entertained in her cot for a good half hour or so. Watch out for her smiling at the 25-second mark.
I wonder what the midwives thought of us. Our room was almost directly in front of the midwives’ station and I’m sure they heard every word.
